Trace cause of water ingress, The initial job was completed over 2 days and was carried out with the minimum of fuss. However after clearing the debris the team found anomalies associated with the age of the house (over 100 years) and the poor workmanship of previous tradesmen. A further agreement was made to correct the most urgent repairs. Said repairs were again carried out with the minimum of fuss to my complete satisfaction.

2nd floor flat gutter leak, I had an issue with a second-floor gutter leak on the roof, and David was excellent from start to finish. He was very helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. Chimney Removal, Davey and Edward are excellent communicators, prompt, and completed work quickly. They showed me pictures of the issues before and what they had done afterwards. My only regret is not hiring them to do my whole roof in the first place. Would call on them again in a heartbeat.

Roof repair, I reported my problem (a hole allowing access to squirrels) on Saturday 10 January and sent photos as requested. On Tuesday 13 January, the team arrived and repaired the hole and identified and rectified the underlying cause. Very impressed with their prompt response and thorough approach. Highly recommended.
